6th Grade Embalming Webquest

This is a webquest designed for 6th graders. It matches 6th grade standards in various subjects. The task is for a group of students to help their father's embalming business by creating a commercial.

1st Grade Science Webquest

This is a webquest designed for 1st grade science .Through hands-on exposure to insects, the students will not only gain a broader understanding of "bug" vocabulary but will also see how different types of bugs live in different areas of the world.

7th/8th Grade Nutrition Webquest

A webquest geared towards 7th and 8th grade students. The focus of the webquest is Nutrition and raising awareness of the consequences of Fast Food Nutrition. The webquest utilizes database and table analysis when considering the nutritional content of foods.

MonoMachines.com E-commerce Site

This is a personal business web site that I launched in January of 2007. The web site utilizes some cool open source AJAX scripts. The site is PHP driven with a MYSQL database. All PHP and database manipulation was done by me, whereass the CSS layout and AJAX portions are open-source integrations.

Met Food Markets Store Site

An in-progress web site that I am implementing for MetFoods in Brooklyn. They have a main Met web site, so this would simply serve stores of a particular owner. The project is on hold until the manager allocates more funding for the project.

A web site created as an assignment for Lakota Woman by Mary Crow Dog. The assignment was to create a web site as if I were Mary Crow Dog. The assignment required research and was designed to be a character study.

Multimedia Multilingual Online Storybooks

My masters project is designed to provide mainstream, curriculum mandated literature in multiple languages to students and teachers in K-6 classrooms.
