I love what I do and I do what I love. I'm extremely interested in how technology can help provide more equitable access to education and opportunities within the classroom. I am particularly interested in how simple technologies can help English Language Learners (or what I call ASSL - American School System Learners) participate more fully in all aspects of education.

I often find that my focus is different than most of the educational technology field in that I am not looking for a distance learning tool or a tool that hopes to educate students by itself. I am interested in technology as a tool within the classroom that can both provide equal access to participation and help ease the burden on classroom facilitators. I received my M.A. at Teachers College Columbia University in Instructional Design and Technology. I am currently the technology coordinator at NYC Lab School located in Manhattan.

I have worked in many different areas including:
